Frequently Asked Questions

everything you need to know

CAN I PURCHASE MORE IMAGES
THAN WHAT'S IN MY PACKAGE?

Yes! Once you get your full gallery, you will be emailed instructions on selecting the images you have included and purchasing more. Additional images are $25 each or $400 for the entire gallery, whichever totals less. I also sell prints, albums, wall art and more.

how do i book?

Just fill out my contact form and let me know you're ready to book! There is a $200 retainer to get on the calendar and the remainder is due the day of your session! I also can arrange payment plans, if interested just let me know at booking.

when do you photograph newborns?

The typical age I photograph newborns is somewhere between 7-21 days of life. There are always exceptions to this if your baby needs to be photographed earlier or later. I currently photograph Fridays-Sundays.

How do I book if I don't know
when baby will be here?

Babies are unpredictable and there's no way to know when their birthday will be. I schedule according to due date and only accept up to 10 newborns a month. This is why its very important to schedule sooner vs later to make sure I have a spot saved for you.

Where is your studio?

My studio is just outside of Huntsville, AL in Harvest Alabama. I also shoot outdoor sessions within an hour of Huntsville.

When should I do maternity photo?

I typically recommend maternity photos be taken between 32-36 weeks pregnant. There are always medical exceptions such as having multiples, history of preterm labor or if you know you will have too much swelling or be too uncomfortable at that point.
